NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing shipping delays throughout the US. The delays may add 1-2 days extra to shipping time until further notice.

NOTE: We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location, you can also upgrade your shipping to include insurance from USPS. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". 

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.

Turnaround:

Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Expedited Shipping 

For orders placed by 5:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day.

For orders placed after 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the next business day.

We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. 

Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted time frames.

USPS - U.S and International

DHL - International

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates

FREE Standard Shipping U.S: All U.S. orders ship for FREE with USPS and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 7 days and packages are not insured. Ensure you are shipping to a secure location.

For all other shipping options, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is determined at checkout, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated during Checkout based on different factors, including shipping speed (standard/express), number of items purchased, and the destination location/region.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Standard Shipping

All orders shipped within the US receive free standard shipping.

Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and will be received within 4-7 business days. 

Priority Shipping 

You can upgrade to Priority Mail. These packages should arrive in 2-3 days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Express Shipping

You can upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance. For orders placed by Noon EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS, guaranteed delivery is 2 days.

Shipping to Canada

We currently ship to Canada using USPS Priority Mail.  We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs/import/duty charges once the package leaves the US.

Priority Mail Express International

This service is a reliable, high-speed mail service available to international countries and offers the following: Average delivery of 3 to 5 business days. (Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.) Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Priority Mail International

Average business day delivery of 6 to 10 days. (Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.)

DHL Express International: 

DHL Express provides a delivery time of 1-6 business days for most major destinations.
